Huge Thanks to Sam!

Shortly after we began making beer we started seeking out, meeting and corresponding with many different people in the brewing community. And, if you have been following this blog, you know that we hold each and every one of them in very high esteem. In each of us lies the visionary spirit and will to persevere which has fueled this great country for generations. Couple that with a general lust for life and you get, for lack of better terminology, the people you want to hang out with at the party; not because we’re popular but because we’re cool. We have reached out to many people for assistance and advice in our journey, and one of those people deserves a special thank you.

Sam Calagione, owner of Dogfish Head and pioneer supreme, has been kind enough to answer a few of our questions. He is by no means involved with our brewery nor is he an advisor (wouldn’t that be sweet?), he is just a guy who knows way more than we do and decided to take a little time out of his busy schedule to point 3 dreamers in the right direction.
