Loyal followers of Eventide (the ranks are growing!), we would like to thank you for your support. We began our journey, as many do, with the intention of contract brewing (having someone else brew for us) which would have allowed us to have an initial release sometime this summer. This would have put us on the market during the very busy summer season (trips to the beach, lake, and river just aren’t the same without a cool, tasty beverage), and would have allowed us to conduct realtime market research before bringing our brewery online. However, this was not to be the case, so we revamped our business plan and focused on building a production facility. This was the ultimate goal of our original plans, and everyone is fully on board with making this happen. We are searching out available properties and investment opportunities now, and hope to have everything set to begin production in Q1 of next year. While we’ll be busy putting the pieces together until then, this does allow for more time to perfect existing recipes and focus on our community outreach.
So we wont be on the shelf for a few more months, but when we launch you’ll be able to come and check out your newest local brewery! And, as we said, we are scouting locations right now, so if you know of a great space please send us the info.
