So we have been brewing for a few years now and have a lot of beers under our belts. We are working on a few to go to market with but here is a good sampling of what has, and will be coming out of Eventide Brewing.

Here are a few we’ve made…

Dry Irish Stout: One of our favorite styles which seems to be fairly lacking in the U.S. It is low in alcohol, with a light body, and a great dry, roasted finish.

Kölsch Style Ale: Brewed in the traditional Cologne Style, this pilsner like-ale is light and refreshing. Perfect anytime.

APA: A craft favorite, and a very versatile beer that can be combined with multiple dishes or stand alone as an everyday treat.

Hefe: Bright with a great wheat body and just the right amount of sweetness. The carbonation really brings out the clove and banana esters.

Red Ale: A well rounded amber, brewed with biscuit malts for a toasty finish.

Imperial Stout: A beer fit for a Czar. Ink black with a complex roasted flavor and good warmth.

Christmas Ale: Our first attempt at a Christmas ale. This one is brewed with honey, fermented on a spicy Belgian yeast strain, and set on a bed of cherries. Great anytime of the year, but exceptional during the holidays.

Belgian Dubbel: A true Belgian Dubbel brewed with a plethora of spices. Engaging and complex…kinda want to keep it to ourselves but willing to share.

Scotch Ale: Malty, lightly carbonated, and filled with notes of dark fruit and just the right amount of hop. This award winning ale would lift anyone’s spirits.
