Join Dr. Julia Skinner as she gives us a brief history of brewing and does a quick demonstration of making one of her favorite flavored meads. Julia runs Root, a fermentation and food history organization here in Atlanta, which offers research and consulting services for home cooks, chefs, creative professionals, and cultural heritage groups, as well as fermentation workshops and one-on-one instruction.
