THE INSPIRATION:

Pair of Kings is our crack at the realm of high ABV IPAs. With a hefty malt backbone, we loaded this beer up with a whopping 8.5 lbs per barrel of hops. The combination of Azaccaand Amarillo hops gives this beer a wonderful bouquet of tropical fruit and citrus notes consisting of pineapple, spicy mango, tangerine, and orange citrus. The Kveik yeast strain was used to produce a clean fermentation profile with notes of citrus. The result is an extremely tasty and refreshing IPA despite the high alcohol content.
