Join Anïsa Lewis of Unsolicited Cooking for an evening of cooking with beer. Anïsa will take you though a demonstration lesson with one of our beers to create a fish and tomato dish inspired by a traditional Chinese recipe. Participants will get to learn the art of cooking with beer, get to sample what is made during the course, receive a copy of the recipe, and a beer ticket. There will also be options available for any vegan or vegetarian participants.
